Lissa Opolsky’s competitive spirit is at the heart of the Northwestern Lehigh field hockey team’s resurgence over the last decade.

When Opolsky moved from being an assistant coach at her alma mater, Crestwood, where she won two PIAA Class 2A championships as a player in 2003 and 2004, to Northwestern Lehigh, the Tigers had just gone through a winless season.
